Registration Deadlines
November 13th: Mail-in pre-registration must be postmarked by this day.
December 5th: Day of the competition and late registration deadline.
You can register at the door, but pre-registration is encouraged.
 
Couples Registration Fees
Early registration:  $20 per person
Late registration or registration at the door: $30 per person
Claremont Colleges early registration: $15 per person
Claremont Colleges late registration or registration at the door: $25 per person
 
Competitor fees allow individuals to enter into an unlimited number of events subject to level eligibility. See Rules and Regulations on our Event Information page for more information.
 
Formation Team Registration Information
All formation teams must have their registration postmarked by November 13th.
Formation team registration will only be done through Mail-In Registration.
For scheduling purposes, please alert our competition coordinator to your intent to enter a formation routine as soon as possible by e-mailing us at competiton@claremontballroom.org
Include in this e-mail:
Coach/contact’s name, phone number, and e-mail address
Name of club/studio/school
Name of formation routine Length of formation routine
List of first and last names of all formation routine dancers
Which of these dancers will also be competing in individual events
 
Formation Team Fees:
For each person on formation team ONLY dancing formation: $8
For each person on formation team ALSO competing in other events: $0 (individual competitor fees cover the formation team event)
